A Need for Self Improvement
Self-improvement is also an important aspect in accordance with the way we behave, talk, deal with others, etc. As a human we also have a tendency to comment o
n others by judging their behavior, Don’t you feel it is wrong? Before forming any opinion, and giving suggestions there is a great need to focus on the word called SELF. Hence there is a need for self-improvement to understand where we lack and overcome the same to be more happy and more successful.
The following are a few keys for Self Improvement
1. Firstly set a goal that you needed to improve in the next 4-6 months.
2. Stay committed to what u have decided.
3. Make a habit to wake up early without an alarm.
4. Don’t touch your smartphone, tablet, or laptop as soon as you wake up.
5. Start a day by worshiping God ( According to your religion).
6. Do exercise or yoga for at least 30–40 minutes daily.
7. Try to drink milk in the morning and avoid tea or coffee.
8. Eat a healthy breakfast.
9. Decide the priority tasks of the day.
10. Leave the house 1 hour before to avoid a last-minute rush.
11. wherever you go whomever you meet approach them with a smile.
12. Try to be positive as you can.
13. Don’t get panic if a particular task won’t get completed.
14. Stay away from negative thinkers.
15. Don’t get disappointed by criticism.
16. Always keep a winning attitude.
